ARL Super Trucks Championship!
The (unofficial) best series on iRacing is back! Season 2 of the ARL Super Trucks Championship is set to start on the 10th of November! Running the free Lucas Oil Off Road Pro 2 Lite truck, all 6 rounds are on tarmac circuits and take place on Wednesday evenings.
You want no incident points? You got it!
You want no track limits? You got it!
You want door rubbing with little to no damage? You got it!
Season 1 of this series was more more entertaining than we could possibly have imagined, with drivers carving crazy off-road lines within the premises of various track venues (see the video alongside as a demonstration).
At every meeting there are 3 races, each lasting 15 minutes (with the latter two having reverse grids). Fixed setups are used, so don’t worry about learning to tune the car, just learn how to drive it fast! This is also one of ARL’s cheapest series so is a great one to have some fun heading into the winter.
Whilst respect is still expected from drivers on and off the track, greater leniency will be given by stewards towards contact, due to the real life nature of the racing in this car and astonishing impact strength of this car. As long as you have a road D license on iRacing, you are welcome to take part, and with our pro / am class division, everyone has a chance to claim a title. As with all of ARL’s series, every round will be broadcast by Apex Racing TV on YouTube and Twitch!
