1 – Entry

1.1 – Main Championship | Rounds 1, 2 & 3

1.1.1 – The 2023 Pro Sim Racing Sprint Championship Series is an invite only event. Invited drivers will be provided the password to submit their entry here: https://www.apexracingleague.com/shop/virtual-racing-school/2023-pro-sim-racing-sprint-championship-series/

1.1.2 – Entry to the series is free.

1.1.3 – Entries are limited to 32 cars in each round.

1.1.4 – Drivers will be notified in Discord when their invite to join the iRacing league has been sent. Without accepting this league invite drivers will not be able to join the sessions.

1.1.4.1 – From the iRacing Members website navigate to Leagues / Pending League Requests and then accept the league invite.

1.1.4.2 – From the “new” iRacing UI, navigate to Leagues / My Leagues and then accept the league invite.

1.1.5 – Teams can have a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 4 drivers.

 

1.2 – Rolex 24 Daytona Grand Final

1.2.1 – Entry limited to the top four in championship after Round 3.

1.2.2 – The Grand Final will be exclusively held at the Daytona International Speedway on the 28th/29th January 2023 (exact schedule TBC) as part of the Rolex 24. Finalists must be on site to participate

1.2.3 – Coliseum/VRS will pay for the plane fare from the EU or the North America for the four finalists. For other areas, Coliseum/VRS will pay a percentage of air fare based on cost

1.2.4 – Coliseum/VRS will pay for hotel accommodations and transportation to and from the hotel to the Daytona race track during the stay

1.2.5 – Finalists will have free admission and pit passes to the entirety of the Rolex 24 race week

1.2.6 – Coliseum/VRS will pay $100 per day for each finalist for food

1.2.7 – Should any of the top four in the championship be unavailable to attend in person a substitute driver can be assigned. This driver must have driven in a recognised race for the same team during 2022. If a substitute is not available then the next finishing championship position is offered the spot until all four slots are taken. This substitute then takes 4th position in the Championship.
